Making sure that the VFX studio receives all required footage and materials, such as:

• VFX reference ball references

• Color and white chart references

• HDRIs for each scene that requires VFX

• Set references

• Camera or any other required information that the vfx studio needs

• Distortion / Lens grids

• Asset references / scanning

• Marker setup

• Ref cubes setup
